Like any good hive, the BeeTheBest team strives to bee highly organized and always functioning at optimal capacity. But what we strive for and what we actually are… let’s just say we’re just humans, not bees.
We have weekly progress presentation meetings, keep in touch via Telegram chat, organize our tasks and information via Notion, and share assets through Google drive. We are busy-busy and sometimes keeping on top of things gets difficult. But what seems to be the most demanding task of all is how each of us organizes their own workload for the day / the week / the month. We may like to think that we can push ourselves to get a week’s worth of work done in a day, but the reality is, slow and steady 🐌 wins the Queen’s race! It’s also true that being busy with other things throughout the week makes it tough to muster up the energy for little daily progresses. But for the Queen we prevail! BzzBzz 🐝
I deal with the artsy side of things 🎨, and I gotta say that the art list is getting wilder by the day. Lately I’ve been, with Arnau, looking more into what I can do with Notion to help me organize my days and weeks. It’s a powerful tool that just keeps getting more and more magical as the project is getting more and more complex.
The biggest enemy of a project is poor organization and management. Fight the enemy! Collect the pollen! Go go go!
