{"id":5412,"date":"2024-10-05T19:00:45","date_gmt":"2024-10-05T17:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beethebest.fun\/experiencia-talentdevday\/"},"modified":"2024-11-11T19:46:56","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T17:46:56","slug":"experiencia-talentdevday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/beethebest.fun\/es\/experiencia-talentdevday\/","title":{"rendered":"Experiencia TalentDevDay"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]El pasado 27 de septiembre era el 1er d\u00eda del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indiedevday.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IndieDevDay<\/a> y estuvimos en La Farga de L&#8217;Hospitalet, porque el Departamento de Cultura de la Generalitat, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Innovaci\u00f3n y Cultura Digital, organizaba la 2\u00aa edici\u00f3n del <strong>TalentDevDay<\/strong>, un evento con intenci\u00f3n de conectar empresas y profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>Nosotros fuimos porque necesitamos una persona que entienda de Arte en 2D e ilustraciones, otra que nos ayude con el dise\u00f1o y programaci\u00f3n de la Interfaz de Usuario y una que nos apoye con la programaci\u00f3n de la intel\u00b7 licencia artificial y el formato multijugador.<\/p>\n<p>El Evento, que contaba con el patrocinador oficial <a href=\"https:\/\/larian.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Larian Studios<\/a>, estuvo muy bien organizado. Primero contamos con la oportunidad de explicar nuestro proyecto ante un gran gent\u00edo. M\u00e1s tarde, nos facilitaron una lista con los perfiles de aquellas personas que hab\u00edan mostrado inter\u00e9s, indicando su Rol, escuela o universidad de procedencia, as\u00ed como su situaci\u00f3n laboral, y nos hicieron pasar a una sala donde estaba todo de tablas separadas donde poder entrevistar a las diferentes interesadas c\u00f3modamente de forma muy organizada.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, pudimos hablar con m\u00e1s de 40 personas para ver si podr\u00edamos encajar trabajando en equipo.
